We pride ourselves on having great volunteer staff who work hard to host a safe and fun event. Who gets on the team?
We read through each application and select staff based on best fit. We’re looking for people who are fun-loving, safety-conscious, friendly, helpful and passionate! All of our staff positions are volunteer roles.
Do staff pay the ranch guest fee?
Yes. Horseshoe Canyon Ranch requires a visitor fee from all guests during 24HHH, including staff members. The fee includes camping at the ranch and two meals!
